Qualified teachers can brush up their skills at a school of French for foreigners

No matter how familiar a teacher is with their subject, they should continue to enrich their knowledge in order to provide their students with as much information as possible. IH Nice, the French language school that is part of the IWHO network of schools, has special training courses for French teachers, aimed at primary and secondary school teachers of French.

The course enables teachers to brush up their language skills by learning French in France and refresh their teaching methods, as well as familiarize themselves with modern France. Following the Comenius European Programme, TEACH 30 includes excursions and activities as an integral part of the programme.

Courses take place during the school summer holidays, with 30 lessons and 2 activities per week. Language teachers trained at IH schools are acknowledged as being amongst the most able, creative and authoritative within their profession.

What’s more, studying French in the south of France has the added benefit of allowing students to explore Nice and the French Riviera while they are undertaking DELF preparation classes and French language courses in France.
